Cleaners

DAC Industries has an extensive offering of cleaners including degreasers, resin removers, and all-purpose foam. We have formulated the cleaning sprays to break down the toughest buildups, making it easier and faster to clean your mold tooling. Regular use of cleaners extends the life of your tooling, saving you significant costs when you must repair or replace molds, and prevent cosmetic defects due to contamination.

Our products work on poly­styrenes, poly­car­bon­ates, nylon, col­fax, and some del­rins, won’t leave a residue and can be applied in-production to clear blocked vents.

Mold Releases

DAC’s mold releases come in a variety of formulas without fillers or solvents that would otherwise contaminate or damage molded parts.

Our lineup carries both silicone-based and non-silicone-based releases for industrial applications.

For more extreme conditions, we also offer plating agents that have a semi-permanent coating that breaking surface friction on textured surfaces or when molding difficult materials.

Rust Inhibitors

DAC Industries Rust Inhibitors have the ideal char­ac­ter­is­tics any molder will value for effi­cient mold­ing.

Our products pre­vent rust and cor­ro­sion, and repel mois­ture, have a thin, dry film that sets up quickly and is eas­ily removed, do not con­tain fillers and do not run, and mold off eas­ily, with no part con­t­a­m­i­na­tion.

These char­ac­ter­is­tics pre­vent costly damage to tools as well as addi­tional mold­ing prob­lems, such as bleed­ing, leech­ing, galling and bind­ing.

When you use a DAC rust inhibitor, you will have peace of mind that your tooling is protected. Our sprays will remain on the mold 2 days, 2 months or 2 years from now. Plus, the color cov­er­age indi­ca­tor option of Dry Film Rust Pre­ven­ta­tive allows you to see exactly where you have sprayed.

For PVC mold­ers, choose from our rust inhibitors with added acid vapor neu­tral­izer capa­bil­ity. The mold sur­face is pro­tected from rust and expo­sure to PVC vapors.
